  MODELL AT H110

Sanding unit for shaped edges or profiles, with air cushion pad, countershaped in respect to the profile to be sanded, with pressure that can be regulated.

   
BEVELLING GROUP mod. INF. - SUP.

The group is composed of two working units with the fixed inclination, one inferior inclined of -45° respect the transport's plane, the other placed at +45°.
Upper and lower corner chamfering unit, with mechanical tracer points able to obtain uniform and costant sanding of the corner.

     
  BELT SANDING UNIT FOR FLAT SURFACES mod. C

Calibrating/sanding unit for flat surface up to 130-160-200 mm..
The various models of C belt sanding unit are suitable for sanding flat, rough or coated profile surfaces.
The unit can be located in special compartments for lower side sanding as well.

     
SANDING WHEEL UNIT mod. SCOTCH-BRITE

These unit are of a motor-spindle type. they can be positioned anywhere in the working area and can house sanding wheels, abrasive disks, brushes of various hardness and grain.
They are suitable for sanding/denibbing of rough and coated profiles.
Automatic system for two-way wear recovery (Opt.).
Pneumatic device for the time-operated entrance and exit of the brush.(Opt.)		  

 
MILLING UNITS mod.TOUPIE

Provided with drive motor (inverter), to mould and groove the edges and sides of panels, with vertical, horizontal and angle traverse.

     
  BUFFING UNIT

The group is composed of two felt rollers, each driven by a 3 Hp motor.
The felt rollers are adjustable in both cross and longitudinal directions with respect to the working plane and may be swivelled to any angle, with rotation of motor of 360 degrees.
The goup is composed with a double wax distributor carriage and with covering guard.

     
Transfer unit HF

The transfer unit is used for stamping of highly contoured edges.
Proceding wood trimming machines, as single or double endprofilers or automatic edge trimmers grind corresponding profiles, i.e. on boards -one or both sided.
They pass immediately after the profiling the transfer unit and are stamped
